Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for supporting the account team in delivering superior service to our clients and supervising the Assistant Account Executive. The primary role is to coordinate and execute all of the administrative responsibilities associated with sweepstakes, games and contests.

Responsibilities

  • Work on 35+ active programs simultaneously.
  • Coordinate the exchange of information regarding a promotion with the account team, as well as with all internal departments
  • Draft Official Rules for the promotion
  • Review promotion creative, entry content and other promotion-related materials for compliance with applicable rules
  • Create project timelines and production schedules, where necessary
  • Participate in website testing
  • Support the account team on all daily deliverables which will vary from promotion to promotion
  • Supervise the Assistant Account Executives with winner communication and prize fulfillment

Required Skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
  • Work with multiple teams
  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to balance multiple priorities
  • Ability to draft professional emails with clients
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email in a timely manner to answer all of their questions and relay creative and legal changes to their content
  • Proactively manage client expectations
  • Exercise good judgement and knows when to escalate issues within the organization.
  • Team player with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
  • Possess excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 3-5 years of experience in an fast-paced agency environment servicing demanding clients, either on the project management side or account management side
  • Promotion marketing experience a plus

Assistant Account Executive

The Assistant Account Executive is responsible for supporting the account team in delivering superior service to our clients and promotion winners. The primary role is to coordinate all of the administrative responsibilities associated with sweepstakes, games and contests.

Responsibilities

  • Work on 40+ active programs simultaneously.
  • Coordinate the exchange of information regarding a promotion with the account team, as well as with all internal departments
  • Communicate with winners of prizes and oversee fulfillment
  • Review promotion creative, entry content and other promotion-related materials for compliance with applicable rules
  • Participate in website testing
  • Support the account team on all daily deliverables which will vary from promotion to promotion
